You'll need
350g dried snake beans
500g bacon
1 diced onion
2 tsp diced garlic
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp tomato paste
800g diced tomatoes (or 2 cans)
1 tsp diced rosemary
2 tsp paprika
A slow cooker
Method
1. Soak dried beans for approximately 8 hours. Cooking process can be improved a little bit if brought to boil and then drained prior to adding to the slow cooker.
2. Fry bacon until crispy
3. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker
4. Cook on low for approximately 8hrs
5. Serve and enjoy! Excess can be kept in the fridge or frozen. Recipe can also be doubled
